Our historic mansion is available for any special event: Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions and corporate functions. We can host an indoor event up to 75 guests for a standing reception. For a formal sit down dinner we can accommodate up to 50 guests. For an outside reception we can host 500 or more guests with ample parking on our 30 acre property. The Plantation fee is $1,500.00 for up to 200 guests. For events larger, please call for pricing. Included in the Plantation fee is: Use of the mansion and grounds for the wedding, - six hours (two hours for preparation, two hours for the ceremony & reception, two hours for clean-up) Separate bride and groom suites available an hour before ceremony A gift cart at the guest entrance. A table with linen and greenery for your guest book Complimentary guest parking One complimentary guest room for the night for the bride & groom Additional restroom facilities may be required for large events. Flowers, cake, special menu items, pavillion tents (in case of rain or needed shade) are locally available. We can discuss the various options available for you at our planning meeting.  We have a Horse drawn carriage available for transporting the bride to the ceremony area and for exiting to the reception for $300.00 for up to two hours. In our parlor we have a baby grand piano if you would like to bring your favorite pianist. For your overnight guests, our room rates are $95. per room per night for up to two guests per room. Additional guests are $30. each. Our two bedroom, one bath suite is available for $155. You can have outside guests join you for breakfast for $15 per person. Please add 7% state tax to all prices.
